We love it here!! Been here 1.5 years and haven't had any problems. The property managers are quick to fix or replace anything that needs repair. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and peaceful. The owner of the park and the property managers have been very friendly to us and always treated us with respect. We've had lots of experience renting in other places and they have really taken good care of us here at Tall Oaks. We have no complaints.
Plain and simple, pay your rent on time, mind your own business and follow the guidelines and everyone is happy.
Too many stinking speed bumps! I get you want people to abide by the crazy low (5 mph?) speed limit you set, but it is ridiculous to have one every 5-10 ft.!
And for all the people giving negative reviews, it's Bologna! There are rules here and if you don't follow them, then it's best you don't live here. If it weren't for the rules, this place would probably be a loud and crazy place. It's not like they are outrageous demands.
As for the management, I adore everyone one of them. My husband and I have never had a problem.
I have been living here for over 2 years and I love it here. It's quiet and no one ever bothers you.
