Nice clean place
I live in Ponderosa Pines. Decent cost, friendly neighbors, but what wins it for me is seeing kids out playing with their parents not there. The parents feel SAFE to let their kids play outside. The kids feel SAFE to leave their toys and bikes out where they won't get stolen. Background checks so no criminals, I like living here
Do not move here!!! Maintience does not fix anything after move in and rules apply to so but not all, they are Spanish orientated and make it clear others are not wanted.

We tried for two weeks to get in touch with management to rent a mobile home with no response. We went in the first time and was told the one in charge of renting was not there and left our number for her to call, but she never called. We called them and were repeatedly told she wasn't there and to call another time. Finally, we stopped by again, and yet again, she wasn't there, but they finally called her. In doing so, we were told all mobile homes were rented out and we would have to wait another month before any would become available. I would not recommend dealing with this community. If I could give negative stars, I would.
