Customer service was poor. They could not get my payment card to work so I had to sit there for an hour to wait for my wife to bring her's, and it worked fine. But the my biggest complaint is that the person checking me out neglected to give me my packing blankets that I paid for!! Yes I forgot but that is his job! Lastly when he went to hook up the trailer I had to help him because he couldn't figure out how to do the chains. Other than that the facilities are nice.
