I used this storage facility from December 2014 until now, March 2015 (4 mo). I was told that it is a secure facility with a gate and cameras. Two weeks ago, I was broke into and all but a few things were stolen. They not only took furniture and small appliances, they also took all my camping equipment and little stuff like my dart board, bunge cords, extension cords, box kitchen liquids, boxes of brochures, etc. Even littler stuff like my broom and mop. When I told the storage facility, after filing a police report, I was told that the cameras are not live and there is no way of checking gate. What kind of secure facility is this!!! Even the police told me there is nothing to do. Some help. The facility still has not called me back after one week of leaving messages and stopping to talk to someone. Every time I called or stopped, it was a different person and that person says they didn't know about the break in!!! If I could, I would give no stars!!!
