Top notch, family friendly gym! The staff is super friendly and happy to help and answer questions. Childcare is outstanding! My son has been going there since he was a couple weeks old, and the child care staff have loved him so well! I have taken spin classes as well as yoga and all of them I have taken have been great! Highly recommend this gym! I truly can't say enough about them; the gym, owners, trainers, and staff are all amazing!
I travel to this area several times a year. Been in gyms from here to California and even Hawaii for the last 30+ years. Love this place! Always friendly staff and patrons. Equipment is always in good shape and the place is clean. Good atmosphere. Can't beat 5 bucks for a great workout!
My personal trainer recommended it because it has the equipment for strength training that other gyms do not have!
