I gave them this rating on overall experience from the front to the back of house. The waitress tonight was very accommodating to the 6 of my family members including kids. They also had a kids menu that wasn't overly priced. The burgers we ordered were seasoned extremely well & cooked to perfection. My family & I go all over chattanooga trying restaurants & giving views. We were so full I almost couldn't leave we will be back & even tho we didn't get our half priced appetizer I didn't mind & still tipped her well. I hope people read this as 1 of the great reviews. By the way we will be back great sports bar LOVED ALL THE TV'S to.
I really wanted to like this place because my friends do and it's close to my work. The first time I went the service was very, very slow, but I had a good time visiting with friends so I didn't mind. The second time I ate here was a to-go order. I got the prime rib sandwich. It was way too salty and they forgot the au juis. This was a very expensive sandwich to be so bad. I'm hoping if I try it again it will be a lot better. :/
Came in for lunch and were seated right away. The server was attentive, efficient, and pleasant. She did a great job.
This place needs serious help. They are unable to handle a rush of any level. The wings are decent but most of the menu items are bland at best. Don't go if it's a major sports event as they are understaffed all around. I've been 5-6 times and yet to have a good experience.
I ordered a cheese burger well-done. It took some time to come out, I think the kitchen may have made a mistake or something (the server let me know). It came out and it was well done, the fries were tasty (they weren't hot more like warm). The burger had a couple slices of cheese that weren't melted since the burger wasn't that hot. It was a mediocre burger, not bad and not great.
Our server, Hannah, was kind but we had several issues with our order. She was courteous and apologetic. Appetizer was forgotten or not submitted. The sandwich was burnt and a hair was in it. We were over charged a drink, but Hannah fixed it quickly. The food wasn't really anything to write home about, but it wasn't terribly priced either. I loved the home town feel in the atmosphere too. Not terrible but not great.
