Been banking with these folks for over a year. Things had been going well until recently. They placed a 7 day hold on a check from a regular client of mine (they never had problems depositing them before). I have spoken with 5 different people, and they refuse to lift the hold. My client states that the funds cleared his account the day after I deposited it. I have bills to pay, and these folks could care less.
had a really hard time trying to order new checks, kept getting hung up on, the computer was not working right either, was not a pleasant experience
