My husband and I love the employees who take the time to talk to us as customers. The cashiers are not shoving you out the door and while doing that helping the next customer! The produce is fresh and crisp and presented so beautifully and in that department they are always willing to help. Customers spend all their wages in a grocery store and we want kindness and respect and a clean place to buy our food. Publix, please continue to teach your employees to smile and just be friendly. Always a pleasant place to go shopping. All the employees take customer service seriously. Can be a bit pricey, especially for a college student, but they always have amazing deals going on. Check their coupon section at the very front of the store to see what deals are on--almost always worth it!
At least a $350 cart full left on the checkout belt thanks to Brianna on aisle 5 who chose to question my purchase of Butterball vs Publix turkey and then whisper to the bagger about it. Such poor service. Food City gets my business this holiday season.
I love the Publix on Snow Hill. It's clean, organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. Also their subs are INCREDIBLE!
