My experience at the store was excellent. The customer service was great. They took their time, patient. Lian was very professional and pleasant and helpful. Tim got us what we wanted and was a great customer service representative. We are a long time customer of 12 years and don't ever plan on leaving. I would recommend Sprint and come back anytime
