Constantly wrong orders and constantly unfriendly staff at night. We live right down the road and unless we want a random item we didn't order we generally don't suffer this place. The (name tag removed) African American manager will openly complain about you coming back to fix THEIR mistake to the rest of the staff in front of you and argues that they don't mess up. Lunch crew does well, but the night staff is the definition of mismanagement with a dose of apathy. Don't bother after 5pm.
Food was good enough but there was quite a wait, it was busy but the employees were more intent on griping about working there than serving the customers.

This Wendy's always gets my order wrong. Just about 99 percent of the time it's not what I ordered. I called to tell them I had the wrong order and they said next time you come in they would give me it for free. Since the person didn't give me their name the black girl whome is the manager I assume was extremely rude and made rude comments out loud towards me and my boyfriend. I like to go to this wendys because it is close by but I no longer will give this place my business. Waiting 15 -20 minuites in a 2 car line is ridiculous. Best Wendy's is on East Brainerd rd they are very nice and fast and always get it right. Forget going to this Wendy's in Ooltewah you will pay for the wrong order every time.

This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to, they hardly get your order right, it's pretty dirty, crew constantly changes and tonight I had the pleasure of a piece of hair in my food!!! How freaking nasty is that? I called to tell the "manager" and she had the audacity to debate with me over the length of the hair because no one in the store has long hair
