Paul sold our house in Cleveland in June 2014. The experience I remember most is his excellent responsiveness to my many inquiries. He answered all my "rookie" questions will patience and professionalism. When the buyer's credit hit a snag, and the closing date was cancelled, Paul negotiated expertly and quickly with the other realtor to resolve the issues and got us back to the signing table.
I thought Paul was professional on our house we bought. At first we liked his hard work and honesty. But after we found the house we want we continued to use him to represent us. The agent representing the seller worked for the same company. Well we thought um maybe that's better. He hardly fought for anything we ask for and wanted and then there was a sod issue. Paul put it in writing the way it was supposed to be and then backed out of it because what the hoa standard was. Did fight to hard for us at all everytime the answer sounded like he was representing the seller and the agent that worked for the same company. After the deal was done because we really wanted the house and talking to other reality companies we shared what we disliked about our experience and they all agreed that he coulda fought for us I mean that's what we paid him to do. Be careful folks if he's representing you what he out. Seems a little money hungry rather than care about you. We never got a follow up call nothing. The lender has stayed in contact since and is super doper prof and truly cares about the papers you will be signing. Lessons learned every day and every deal.
