I had quite the issue this past Monday when I had gone out of town and I had not set up prior arrangements for my packages being delivered. I was able to call from out of town and spoke with the supervisor she was extremely friendly and she fixed my issue immediately, once I was in town I picked up my packages and overall I had a great experience with the Ooltewah Post Office!

Unbelievable. No stamp machine in lobby area. Disappointing.
Very very rude! I called because they messed up my package delivery and the lady was super rude! If you don't know how to have proper customer service, don't work for it.
