We had painters in an area of our home today and discovered the air was not cooling. Phoned Dale's 2 PM to report the issue to schedule them to come evaluate the situation. I was told via phone that someone would be out by 4 PM today! Andrew arrived within an hour and began evaluating the situation. His diagnosis was one of two things, either of which was completely covered by the fact this unit, which they installed in 2015, was under complete warranty. I was informed that a new unit was available and was on its way today to my home for installation!! Chris arrived after 4 PM with the new unit, it was installed and the room was cooling by 5 PM. We have used Dale's for a good number of years and they consistently have always taken care of all problems, kept us abreast of the issue and satisfactorily made repairs or replaced any and all items necessary. Dale's is competitively priced, has way above average technicians who are friendly , courteous, keep their appointments or call to keep us updated if they are running late. , . Also a great office staff for scheduling . My painters were totally impressed and delighted that I was able to receive such speedy service. Thank you, Dale and staff.
Very punctual, the technician (Andrew) actually arrived a bit before scheduled. He was very informative and knew what he was doing. Within a half hour he had figured out the problem and solved it. I will be using Dale's for all of my future heating and cooling needs, as well as suggesting them to anyone I can. The value was well worth the cost.
Dale's is without a doubt the most responsive, most professional, and friendliest Heating Cooling & Plumbing company in the area. When our heat pump stopped making heat, a call to Dale's had Aaron, a Dale's service technician, at our home within an hour. Aaron quickly identified the problem and had us warm and toasty right away. And the price was right, too. I highly recommend this excellent locally-owned and operated company for all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
I had Tanner fix my heat pump and then again during routine maintenance. The first repair was some minor wire replacement that totaled $300 and took 15 mins to fix. I thought it was a little high, but wasn't sure so I didn't object. When I had my system checked later that year, Tanner claimed I needed a new capacitor for $100 (I later found out they cost under $15). He then tried to sell me a Honeywell non-programmable thermostat for $350 (actual cost is $35), which I flat out denied after having a good long laugh. It was that push of luck that made me realize that Tanner had been ripping me off in the past. This company prices repairs like a shady auto mechanic. If they think that you don't know a lot about heating and air, they will lie to your face and charge you a 1000% mark up. I only give them 2 stars because at least they came and repaired my system.
12/08/2017 Derrick was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job on cleaning the units. We had a new noise that consisted of a couple loose bolts that he corrected and checked the operation of both units. He was very accommodating in ordering the proper filter for the humidifier and came back to replace it. Sandra and Sheila (I believe the right names) are super at customer service when ever we call Dale's!!
