The front desk clerks were very helpful and nice. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. This hotel is conveniently located near Interstate 75. Ooltewah, Tennessee is a nice little town.
It's 30 degrees outside and I'm in a room that doesn't even have a working unit for heat or a/c... as an IHG member I will be using another hotel from now on. This is certainly not the first negative experience I've had with holiday inn. Crowne plaza here I come
Excellent Hotel!! Another favorite added to my list of favorite hotels. Super clean. you can tell housekeeping is thorough. felt comfortable. great pool!!! pool was heated. they also have a hot tub. great business center!!! pancake machine. saturday breakfast ended at 10am ,
First place to stop last night to get off the road found it I am so happy food room people are absolutely kind and caring
We stayed here for a softball tournament and it's close to the Summit softball complex. Clean, quiet, safe! The free Breakfast was great, this hotel had more choices than any other place I had ever stayed. My only negative is that the parking lot seems small, but I will definitely stay again for our next tournament.
