No drop box.
Dropped off two packages with pre paid labels. Was not given a receipt and both packages never made it to their destination . Called store and was given extremely rude customer service when asking for help. I would go out of my way not to use this store again. One star rating is being too generous!!!
I had a horrible experience with this store. I went to to have them pack and ship an item. It turns out that they put the wrong label on my package and it gets shipped out to the wrong person. I only find out after the person I was sending to tell me they received the wrong item.
I call the store and they said they will setup an exchange of the items.
After a week of no communication, I have to call them and then they tell me that UPS is late with the package. I ask for tracking info. They can not give me any information. I ask them to keep me updated on the status. They don't. I continually had to play run around with the employees and owner of the store to get information about my package.
After almost a month my package is found by UPS and they get it delivered. But this was all due to the carelessness of an employee. The only redeeming quality was Nathan who was the only person that provided me information about my package and seemed to care. The owner and another associate named Paul gave horrible customer service.
If I could do no star rating I could. I've been standing at the store for 15 minutes while the clerk searches for my package. I showed him the email that I received from Ups stating my package was here and he still can't find it. He goes and grabs another customers packaged a gigantic box and hands it to me and tells me it's mine. It's the same box that a customer had just paid him to ship off 2 people before me. I informed him that the package wasn't mine and he said oh the last names were close he thought it was mine. So clerk had to call the owner who informed him that he may have put my package in the outgoing mail. Clerk checks outgoing mail comes backs a few minutes later with my package. Sucks that the owner doesn't read the shipping labels or he would've know that it was delivered to his store for me to pick it up.
I call one day and the associate says that only the owner has knowledge of the investigation into the package and that he will be in tomorrow. I call back the next day and the owner says he doesn't know about the investigation, and that another employee knows.
At this point, I have had no idea where my package has been for the past 3 weeks. The store was unable to give me any official information about tracking or investigation numbers from UPS. They also never initiated in any communication with me during this process. If I didn't call almost everyday, I don't think I would have done anything to help me.
This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I spoke with two different UPS guys, one on the phone and the other at the office and both of them were very rude to me. I was told that they're other customers waiting to be helped when it was only 1min and 15 seconds into the phone conversation and my issue wasn't even resolved yet. I asked them to find out where my package is because when I tried to track it online it said to contact the UPS office. The second guy I spoke to in person told me that they have no way of tracking it and that their "tracking system sucks." Yes he literally said that and that was not the answer I wanted to hear.
