I am trying to add a line to my account. When I went into the store he told me the cost was double the advertised price. I pointed this out to the sales person and he claimed he made a mistake in what plan I had. After talking the changes over with my wife, came back to the store the next morning only to find they were not open at the posted time. It is currently 40 minutes after they are supposed to open and not a single person is here, and the phone number listed online for the store has been disconnected.
They did a great job at getting me what i needed thanks guys :)

I’ve tried to call several times over the past few days and they always answer and then hang up. All of the other times they place you on hold and never answer. I’ve never posted a review, but I’ve never seen such bad service. When I bought the phone service in the store, the two salesman were making fun of customers and cussing about their customers. They were a very unprofessional group. I like the AT&T service, however the customer service here is horrible.
Y'all ain't eva experienced customer service like this. Swear
