I've been going here for years for tires and oil changes. I always had a great experience until now. Took my Ford Escape in for a problem with the rear brakes. They said the master cylinder had an internal leak. They replaced it for a whopping $450+. When they realized, after replacing it, that it wasn't the problem they tried to tell me the wheel cylinders were leaking, but there was no way of telling that on there initial inspection. They tried to get me to leave it there and even offered me a loaner car while they worked on it. I drove it home and immediately heard the same noise from the rear brakes that I told them about initially. It was exactly the same as when I brought it in. They'll never get another penny from me. Midas in Hixson is the place to go.
These folks are great to work with. They do a good job, very customer service oriented and reasonably priced. I use them for all our car care needs and would recommend them to anyone in the area!
I've purchased 3 sets of tires from Premier over the years and I can't say enough about how focused they are on making certain the customer experience is well above average. In today's customer climate, where it appears this is a lost art, the entire staff at Premier is determined to make sure they provide honesty with a fair price and fast, efficient service.
Awesome service!!! I finally found a place that I can trust. I highly recommend them. The customer service beat my expectation. Most places make you feel that they just want your money but not at Premier they actually care and talk to you like they have known you forever!
I will likely go elsewhere next time. The time required and final cost was significantly higher (4x time, 1.5x cost) than the estimate. I understand that jobs get more complicated than expected sometimes, that is why good estimating skills are important. With just one data point, I will need to try another shop next time.
I highly recommend them for any of the automotive services they can provide, not just tires, and can't imagine anyone leaving this establishment without wanting to do the same.
