The line through the drive thru was long was about 20bmins start to finish not a huge surprise but was out of food. What food we got was cold after we where told was waiting on fresh chicken so not sure how it can be fresh but cold to the touch. Also did not put any napkins or condiments in the bag.
Allergic to onions. Ordered a #2 meal which is 2 burgers, fries & coke. Told them I am allergic to onions. No onions please. Confirmed with counter girl that handed me my food. Yup no onions. Get on highway open bag. One burger onions!!! Realized after I took a bite and was chewing. Spit it out, but still had severe stomach reaction all night. Thank you!
Rude staff & then given the wrong order in the drive-thru. We pulled over and checked the order and noticed this & went inside with the items that were wrong. The employee asked if we could go back out & bring in the entire order because it actually belonged to the car behind us. I pray they didn't give those folks food that had been in our car/hands. Not to mention that their ice cream machine hasn't worked for months. All of this really disappoints me as I am a huge McDonald's fan but unfortunately this is the norm for this location. ☹
OMG! Service was slow, floor was so dirty that it was sticky. I asked for it to be mopped and the employee stated that "she would have someone out right away. That didn't happen. Even after 45 minutes. Ice cream machine was broken. One server on the register and he was new, hence slow. Waited for 15 minutes for an ice coffee. Will not be back here until the management team gets this place back to McDonald's standards.
Literally the worst service EVER!! I waited 20 minutes in drive thru for one happy meal, drive off and the fries are not in there. Seriously, every time I have been here the service has been horrible. Absolutely no sense of urgency, no apoplogy for the wait, no apoplogy for missing food. I don't get how the service can be so BAD, ALL the time!!
